ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES & CORPORATE DETAILS

This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") is executed electronically between the SELLER specified below and the BUYER placing an order on www.natuvisio.com ("Site") at the time of electronic confirmation.

1.2. BUYER INFORMATION

The name, delivery address, billing address, tax ID, email, and telephone declared by the consumer during purchase on www.natuvisio.com are legally binding.

ARTICLE 3 — SUBJECT MATTER & SCOPE

The subject of this Contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of dietary food supplements ordered electronically from www.natuvisio.com.

The Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted all preliminary information regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery terms, and withdrawal rights prior to order confirmation.

ARTICLE 4 — PRODUCT DETAILS, PRICING & PAYMENT

4.1. The type, quantity, brand/model, total sales price including VAT, shipping charges, and payment method of the goods are specified in the checkout summary and e-invoice.

4.2. Payments are processed via credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers (EFT), or secure gateways (PayTR, 3D Secure). Card details are encrypted and never stored on Seller servers.

ARTICLE 5 — DELIVERY & COURIER PERFORMANCE

5.1. Goods are delivered via contracted courier to the address designated by the Buyer within the statutory maximum limit of 30 days.

5.2. Buyers must inspect courier packages upon delivery. Damaged, torn, or unsealed packages must not be accepted, and a formal Damage Assessment Report ("Hasar Tespit Tutanağı") must be filed immediately with the courier agent.

ARTICLE 6 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods without stating any reason, provided that the statutory non-refundable exception in Article 7 does not apply.

ARTICLE 7 — NON-REFUNDABLE EXCLUSIONS & FOOD SUPPLEMENT STATUTORY EXEMPTION

7.1. STATUTORY EXEMPTION CLAUSE: Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ç) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts; "The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts regarding goods whose protective elements such as packaging, seal, tape, or box have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons."

7.2. FOOD SUPPLEMENT HEALTH AND HYGIENE EXEMPTION: All products distributed by NATUVISIO (including Black Stuff Wellbeing, Black Stuff Oxifit, Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, etc.) are ingested health and dietary supplement formulations.

MANDATORY LEGAL NOTICE & SAFETY SEAL RULE:

ONCE THE OUTER BOX, PROTECTIVE FOIL, SAFETY SEAL, CAP BAND, OR INNER PACKAGING OF ANY DIETARY SUPPLEMENT PRODUCT HAS BEEN UNSEALED, OPENED, BROKEN, OR TAMPERED WITH AFTER DELIVERY, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED AND THE PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE UNDER MANDATORY PUBLIC HEALTH, HYGIENE, AND BIO-SECURITY LAWS.

ARTICLE 8 — DEFECTIVE GOODS & RETURNS

If a product possesses a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged (verified by courier report), the Buyer is entitled to an immediate replacement or full refund under Law No. 6502.

ARTICLE 9 — DEFAULT & FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform duties due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, official government bans, logistics infrastructure failures) exceeding reasonable control.

ARTICLE 10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PRIVACY (KVKK)

All brand assets, formulations, trademarks, and content belong exclusively to NATUVISIO. Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

ARTICLE 11 — EVIDENCE AGREEMENT & NOTIFICATIONS

Seller server logs, digital receipts, database records, and SMS/email histories constitute binding, conclusive evidence under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).

ARTICLE 12 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes arising from this Contract are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Turkey according to monetary thresholds published annually by the Ministry of Trade.

ARTICLE 13 — ENFORCEMENT & ELECTRONIC APPROVAL

This Contract becomes legally binding and active upon electronic approval and payment confirmation by the Buyer on www.natuvisio.com.
