BUYER: The consumer placing an order via the website www.natuvisio.com.
The subject of this Contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer electronically from the website www.natuvisio.com.
The type, quantity, sale price, VAT, payment terms, and basic specifications of the products are as indicated in the order details at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in Turkish Lira (TRY).
The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product within14 (fourteen) days from delivery without stating any reason or bearing any penalty.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food supplements and health goods if the protective elements such as packaging, seal, or mhr have been opened after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons. Opened products are non-refundable.
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal maximum of 30 days. Standard domestic shipping takes 2-4 business days. Shipping costs are detailed during checkout. Free shipping applies to subscriptions and orders exceeding minimum thresholds.
In case of disputes arising from this Contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) at the Buyer's place of residence are authorized up to the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade.
