2. Product Characteristics and Pricing
The essential characteristics, single servings, and total sales prices including taxes and delivery charges of the products (BLACK STUFF Wellbeing, BLACK STUFF OxiFit) are displayed on the checkout page. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in all prices.
3. Payment & Delivery
Payments are securely completed online using supported payment gateways (PayTR, etc.) via credit or debit cards.
Ordered products are dispatched to the Buyer's shipping address via our contracted cargo provider. Identification may be required upon package delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers possess a 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the date of product receipt. However, due to health and hygiene rules, returns of food supplements are only valid if the protective seal, cap, and package remain completely unopened and undamaged. Any product with broken protective packaging is non-returnable.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must notify the Seller in writing via email at legal@natuvisio.com before the 14-day period expires.
5. Complaints & Redress
Any complaints or requests may be submitted directly to legal@natuvisio.com. Consumers may seek legal redress at the local Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts according to the statutory limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
